The Harvest Super Full Moon 7 degrees of Pisces/Blue Moon, 3.35 pm NY,31st August 2023, 2.35 am UK,

Thanks to the Virgo Sun, this Harvest Full Moon shines bright, illuminating all that is and all that is often unconscious.

It is less about the words and more about the feeling. It may feel heavy for some, but it is an opportunity to trust that everything will be okay.

Think back to eleven years ago to the last Blue Moon in Pisces - how far have you come?

Hold this time sacred and honour who you are becoming in this human experience.

Pisces asks, how can we live more creatively and spiritually in this human body (Virgo)?

To name a few: Meditation, Yoga Nidra, doodles, daydreams, art, and photography.

Essentially, trust in your inner voice, your inner teacher.

Saturn, the great teacher, is communing with this Harvest Moon, asking if we can learn the lessons of the past and make peace with what is now. By taking responsibility for our spiritual development, we may find the strength to no longer blame others for our woes. Forgive, accept our lessons and evolve.

The high vibration of Pisces is Oneness, Unbounded bliss, Love, forgiveness and compassion.

The lower vibration is not wanting to be of this world, finding ways to numb and escape it. If feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, tap into the earth element of the Virgo Sun these next few weeks.

Move your body.

Make a new plan for a healthier regimen.

Prioritise your health and well-being.

Ask for help.

Another suggestion is to practice the Hawain mantra, Ho'oponopono -I'm sorry, forgive me, I love you, thank you - Perhaps try it as your Sankalpa (heartfelt vow) during a yoga nidra or during the hypnogogic stage - that yummy space between wakefulness and sleep where the benefits of neuroplasticity happen.

For those who would like to try a Yoga Nidra, please click below:

Here is a book recommendation for your spiritual reading list that explains all about Ho'oponopono, its history, plus the science of neuroplasticity "The Book of Ho'oponopono, the Hawaiian Practice of Forgiveness and Healing, by Luc Bodin Nathalie Bodin Lamboy and Jean Graciet.

And finally, enjoy the brightness of this Harvest Full Moon, enjoy the fruits and celebrate all the good things.

Full Moon Tidings!
