Yoga therapy offers a range of techniques that can enhance your daily practice depending on your needs. It improves physical (musculoskeletal, myofascial), physiological (digestion, respiration, cardio vascular, endocrine and immune system) as well as improving the mental and emotional wellbeing.

It is a fantastic holistic approach to alleviating chronic conditions caused by stress and anxiety. Such as chronic pain, IBS, Insomnia. Also helpful during perimenopause. Though it does not claim to cure acute pathological disease, it can complement traditional treatments. It is encouraged that a client consult a GP first for advice and a diagnosis before beginning any alternative or additional treatments.
No previous experience of yoga is necessary

You will have the time and space to express yourself and highlight areas in your life where you need some help in order to feel more centered, calm or energized. It will also be an opportunity to delve deeper into yoga as a daily practice, philosophy and science which will bring more balance, awareness and bliss to your day.
