Welcome to the group! You can connect with other members, get updates and share videos.
During our lifetime we will experience highs and lows. This group is here to offer a safe and confidential place to heal, celebrate and support each other during the spirals of our life.
There is no hierarchy or Expert here but a Creative Circle of equal and openhearted individuals sharing their wisdom to help others.
From Sunday, 4th February 2024, for approx 12-15 weeks from 6.30 pm - 7.30 pm GMT, we will be meeting via Zoom for a catch-up. We will be using Julia Cameron's book The Artist's Way - A Spiritual Path to Enlightenment as our framework.
Each week we will have a check-in to see how the morning pages are going (3 pages of your handwritten stream of consciousness) and your weekly Artist's Date - all will become clear after reading the Introduction and Chapter/Week One's tasks
There will be no judgement if life gets in the way and you cannot make all the sessions - Each week will correspond to each of the 12 Chapters so know that you can continue and always return at any time.
Within the hour, there will be a 20 minute period of time, where we have the option to turn off our mics and camera and complete one of the writing tasks or meditate if writing isn't your thing and then return to the group to wrap up and share any insights or inspiration related to the weekly topic.
You are all welcome to join every Friday via Zoom to listen or share.
This is a free 12-week course to run alongside, The paid Yoga Therapy course and Astrology Readings.
Please do share pictures of any of your artist date ideas to help inspire others.
