Service Description
It begins with providing your time, place and date of birth and permission for me to study your chart. Approximately seven days later, we will meet via Zoom for a 60-minute Astrology/Soul Reading to highlight your gifts, potential and challenges. Plus, any relevant transits at that time. There are no predictions. It is more of a dialogue discussing what resonates and how things appear in your life. After the session, we will create a plan that you can apply. Then, 4 x 60-minute yoga therapy sessions. On-the-mat yoga therapy, asanas, breathwork and meditation In each session, we will flow with the cycles of that day
