The Artist's Way - Sunday Catch up

We loved it so much - we are doing it all again! Put a reminder in your schedule for our Lighthouse Sunday Catch-Up for 12 weeks from 6.30 - 7.30 pm.GMT. What you will need: A pen, journal,/notebook. A used/new book or download the audiobook or Kindle edition of The Artist's Way - A Spiritual Path to Higher Creativity by Julia Cameron. Read the Introduction and the Week One Chapter - Recovering A Sense of Safety in your free time before we meet on Sunday, 4th February. Follow the instructions and begin your Morning Pages and Artist's date. After that, we complete one chapter each week. This will be the theme for the following Sunday Circle. 20 minutes catch up 30 minutes discussion 5-10 minutes writing (or meditating if you prefer) Check-in each Sunday via Zoom. The link will be shared via email and posted in the group found on the Lighthouse Website. If you can't make every Sunday session, no problem. Continue to follow the journal prompts and rejoin when you can. You will not be asked to read your writing; the weekly meeting will not be recorded. Its purpose is to offer a safe and confidential space to support and encourage each other. The easiest way to develop a writing habit is to create a ritual. One way, is to set your alarm for 20 minutes earlier than usual, put pen to paper and allow your stream of consciousness to spill onto the page and see where it takes you. There's no right or wrong. I've added a couple of extra make-up classes as I will be hosting a retreat on 17th March 2024, and Easter Sunday is 31st March, so unable to host, but please feel free to continue without me that week :-)
