We constantly choose what to consume from our thoughts, ideas and food.
This workshop aims to educate participants on the importance of gut health, providing practical nutritional and lifestyle tips to support optimal digestion and overall well-being.
Patricia will share a therapeutic yoga class aimed at soothing the nervous system and toning the vagus nerve, the baseline to healing chronic conditions and trauma.
With Magda, we will explore the basic digestive function and gain practical tips to ease bloating and discomfort during a nutritional talk.
We will digest the information and conclude the afternoon with a Yoga Nidra, a deeply healing practice to nourish your body and soul. And extra time for Q&A
