About the event

If you are recovering from Covid, trying your best to manage a chronic condition that leaves you feeling exhausted, or you need some time out to tune in to your own needs and nurture your creativity, then this online course is for you.


Embody your Essence will offer you the space to:

* release long-held tension.

* befriend your mind and love your inner critic

* recharge your energy.

* enjoy more clarity and creativity.

* Add a weekly dose of Self-care.


You will feel more complete and energised to share this essence with others as you nurture and care for yourself.


* No prior yoga experience is needed.

Find a quiet corner of your home and set it up to represent the 4 elements:  Water, Fire, Earth, Air  - a glass of water, light a candle, your favourite crystals/plant and open a window or light some incense - journal/sketch pad nearby just in case you feel the need to express yourself after class.
 Roll out a yoga mat and ensure you have a blanket and 2 firm equal-sized cushions or yoga props and bolster if you do not have a clear wall nearby, then a dining room chair will do.

Eye pillow optional.
