Wendy and Patricia are very excited to offer an energising and empowering workshop of Yoga HITT, transformational coaching and magical Nidra to plant the seeds of a more confident and courageous YOU

In this workshop, you will harness the dreamy creative energy of Pisces to tap into your heart's desires and learn how to embody these qualities and to feel more empowered to take action.  

A workshop that will show you WHO you are, so you can LIVE from your heart and create a LIFE you’re excited about.

Do you ever feel like your real life, the one you came here to live, is buried under a habit of people-pleasing, procrastination and perfectionism? And you'd like to fix it, but who has the time?!

Come to this transformational workshop and learn a simple tool to discover who you really are and how to live a life that you're proud of. Are you ready to feel confident, clear on your purpose, and own the courage to go for it?

We will begin by waking up our body through Yoga, HIIT and dance to release any stagnant energy that may be holding you back waking up to your own individual essence.

You will need a yoga mat and a towel and a drink for the first section ( 2 light hand weights are optional)

For the latter part warm clothes or blanket, eye pillow, 2 bricks, bolster or cushions - or any household items to make a cosy nest.

In her clarity, courage & confidence workshop Wendy will show you how to avoid the number one regret: not living the life you think you were made for because you’re too busy living the life you think you should.

You’ll discover:

● Why it’s hard to step up for yourself - and how to make it easy

● How to discover the truth about what really matters to you - so you can build

your days around that, not the laundry

● The fast track to unshakable self-esteem and confidence - hint: it’s got nothing

to do with how you look, what you earn or how loud you can be.
